On this floor there are also two full bathrooms with showers, a living room with two sofas, a coffee table and a 50-inch television with access to streaming platforms, a separate dining room with a large table, and a kitchen equipped with appliances and kitchenware, as well as a small breakfast bar with stools.
The house also has a washing machine, a clothes horse, an iron and an ironing board. Furthermore, it features air conditioning with a heat pump in the living room and the bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable temperature all year round.
Outside, the property features several distinct areas. At the front of the house, a covered porch leads out to the garden, which features a private 10x5-metre swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols, as well as a lawn and a shaded chill-out area with armchairs and a low table.
Next to the main entrance, there is a second covered porch with a built-in barbecue, a wood-fired oven and an outdoor seating area, designed for al fresco dining and gatherings.
The property also has on-site parking, with covered space for two vehicles and an outdoor area for several more.
SERVICES

- To keep the swimming pool clean and the garden in good condition, the maintenance team visits twice a week. These visits are brief, discreet and take place solely in the outdoor areas.

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online check-in for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.
