A few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa located in an urbanization, very close to the town of Calonge and our office, in a private and quiet environment. The accommodation is fully rented, so you can enjoy its entirety, its garden and the swimming pool.
Upstairs you have two bedrooms with a suite type double bed, bathroom and a very cozy balcony.In addition, another bedroom with two single beds. Also on this floor there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub.On the ground floor we find the living room, with an open-concept equipped kitchen, and another double bedroom. Equipped with satellite television and audio equipment. This area has been renovated and extended, giving the house an elegant and modern touch.With wifi and air conditioning.
From the living room you can access a first terrace with views, and access to the garden and barbecue area (gas BBQ).
Outside, you can enjoy its beautiful garden and swimming pool (5x10 with built-in steps) and the pergola, equipped with a small fridge. Next to this, you have a small toilet. The pool has weekly maintenance.
