The highlight of El Toro is the modern and mundane yacht harbour Port Adriano, with its luxury super yachts and the modern mall with noble boutiques, bars and restaurants. Passing the harbour, you will reach the fine sandy beach of El Toro. Besides, there is the village centre with shopping facilities and restaurants.
Next to El Toro, there is Santa Ponsa, which offers a large beach (approx. 5 minutes by car), a wide variety of leisure time activities, restaurants and shopping facilities as well as several golf courses. There is a market on Saturdays.
The island's capital Palma de Mallorca is a 25 minutes drive, ideal for a shopping tour exploring the cobbled alleys of its old town.
Villa Ribalta is a well maintained house and is set on a plot of land of approx. 600 m². The living area is distributed on three floors, with the entrance and main living area on the middle floor.
On the middle floor there is a comfortable living area with lounge and fireplace. The living area has direct access to the open terrace with views of the garden and the pool area. On the same floor there are a well equipped kitchen with views of the garden, one bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a guest toilet.
On the upper floor there is a large dining area, which is open towards the living area underneath. A small corridor end at the home cinema, a room with a projector, big screen and a comfortable sofa to relax on. On the same level there is a double room, a children's room with a trundle bed and the master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and a private terrace.
On the lower floor there is a game room with billiard and table soccer, a bathroom with shower and a simple kitchen with open fireplace, sink, a fridge and dishes for use in the outside BBQ area (no electric or gas hob). Glas sliding doors open towards a covered terrace and the pool area.
The house offers air-conditioning h/c in the living area, the dining area and all bedrooms except of the children's room, which has a ceiling fan.
Villa Ribalta is completely fenced and has a garden with many local plants, bushes and trees. There is a sun terrace on the pool side as well as a lawned area. A BBQ with outdoor dining table and easy access to the lower floor "kitchen" completes the nice outdoor area. In addition each floor has a furnished terrace.
Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
