The Villa Strelitzia is situated above the Costa Adeje in an exclusive villa area and offers a breathtaking view over the entire coast. The villa belongs to the absolute top class objects of Tenerife and is high-quality and very tastefully furnished. All colours and fabrics are very exclusive and
are matched to each other.
You can enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset over the Atlantic. On a clear day you can see the neighbouring islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro.
The living space totals approx. 250 sqm and is spread over three floors.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining room, a large living room and the guest toilet.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch, high-speed internet (WLAN), flat screen TV and a stereo system. Numerous games for beautiful family evenings are also available.
At the large dining table in the living and dining area, as well as in the patio, six persons find comfortably place. There is another dining area in the pool area.
The connected, open kitchen has a modern electric stove with ceramic stove.

Bed linen and towels are provided for all bedrooms and bathrooms.
The outside area of the holiday villa offers guests a well-kept garden, a pool bar and - directly at the pool entrance - another bathroom with shower and toilet.
All necessary garden furniture is located on the spacious sun terrace,
Sunshades, sun loungers including sheets and upholstery. An outdoor grill is available on request for the barbecue evening by the pool.
The pool measures approx. 5 m x 6 m, is 1.40 m deep and has a countercurrent system. The pool can optionally be heated for a fee of 150 euros per week.
