Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Host company responded quickly to an issue and resolved it within 3 hours. Easy to get hold of hosts. Apartment was as advertised and we found it a great place to stay. Very convenient for station and beach.

Negative: The time it takes to refund the “security” deposit. No reason for it to take five to seven days when obviously there was no issue with the way we left the property.

Summary: Great location, responsive hosts to issues while we were there. Takes too long to get security depos
