This beautiful finca with sea views is located above Colonia de San Pedro, a small, idyllic harbor in the northeast of Mallorca. The 30,000 sqm plot borders the nature reserve "Parc Natural de Llevant", the sea is only 1 km away.
Layout:
The single-storey house offers 140 sqm of space for six people. There is a living room with a sofa area and fireplace, an adjoining dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. Of the three air-conditioned bedrooms - two with single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), the other with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) - one of the rooms has its own en suite bathroom, the other two share a shower room.
Outdoor area:
In front of the house is a beautiful, covered terrace with seating area. The house is surrounded by fields with almond trees. A neighboring house is approx. 100 meters away.
Pool:
4 m x 8 m, depth: 90 cm - 190 cm. Stair access.
Arrival and minimum stay:
In high season, arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. The minimum stay is 7 nights.
Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).
Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning. Towel/bed linen change incl. every 7th day for stays of 15 days or more.
