This beautiful finca resides with panoramic sea and mountain views in Valldemossa, amidst the UNESCO site of the Tramuntana mountains. The property has been very tastefully built and combines modern touches with traditional features. It stands on two floors and also has a large basement. The three floors are connected by a central staircase. It has a large pool as well as a rustic garden with numerous spacious terraces with Mediterranean plants. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall with a spacious bright living room with fireplace and dining area. The stylish and thoughtfully laid out kitchen includes another cosy dining area. Furthermore, there is double bedroom with bathroom. The staircase leads up to the master suite, with en-suite bathroom and a large terrace with breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains and the village of Valldemossa. The finca is situated in the urbanization “George Sand”, just outside the village of Valldemossa with numerous shops, cafés and restaurants. This exclusive and picturesque village is situated at an altitude of 430m in the Tramuntana mountains, on the edge of the most wonderful cliffs of the island. The saint of the island Santa Catalina Thomas was born in Valldemossa, and Archduke Luis Salvator of Austria, famous visitor of the Balearic Islands, constructed his beautiful residence Miramar in the surrounding area.
Valldemossa is just a little over a mile from the coast, and there are a couple of options for quiet, secluded beach visits a short distance from town, of which the nearest are Port de Valldemossa and Cala Deià. These “Cala’s” with its pebble beaches offer perfect crystalline clear water and gorgeous scenery. Alternatively, several popular sandy beaches can be reached following a 20 minutes’ drive; Port de Sóller, Illetas beach, Portals Nous and the Palma beaches.
