Inside on the main floor there is a spacious living and dining area, fully fitted kitchen with appliances, all which can be extended out via the full height sliding glass doors to the terrace and garden.
Back inside on the main floor still is the first double bedroom with fitted warrdrobes, air conditioning and access to the house bathroom.
In the hallway is the staircase leading down to the amazing basement area, here you have a large sofa area with TV, perfect for movie nights. A dedicated work space area and a relaxing chill out area.
The basement has the benefit of a spacious double bedroom beautifully decorated complete with access to the lower floor bathroom.
