This house has 4 rooms facing outside: 1 suite with double bed and terrace, 2 independent double rooms and a loft with two beds. Built-in wardrobes, two fully-equipped bathrooms and one toilet. Parlavà is a little and quiet village of Empordà area, with Costa-Brava beaches only 15 km away. Ideal house to lodge till 8 people in a quiet, wide and natural environment in Empordà and Costa Brava area. A very well decorated house, which offers a warming atmosphere in all the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, ... to feel at home. GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, leaving-room, garden and toilet. A big leaving-room with sofas and a dining table with a large window, through which you can access the private garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dryer and dishwasher). Between the dining-room and the kitchen, there is an opening to easy move dishes and tableware. Finally, there is a toilet on the ground floor. FIRST FLOOR: 3 rooms and 1 bathroom. The suite is directly connected to a private terrace with outdoor furniture to be relaxed. It is a large room with fitted wardrobes and a fully-equipped bathroom with a shower. The second room has one single bed, a desk and one fitted wardrobe (another bed available under request). The third room has a double and is equipped with a built-in wardrobe and desk as well. The two rooms share a fully-equipped bathroom with a bath. LOFT: Wide room with two beds and access to the SOLARIUM. House with plenty of design details, it is one of the reference lodgements of the area, to enjoy the sun, the beaches and the inner Costa Brava essentials. The house has a private garden with a barbecue, hammocks and outdoor furniture. There are a communal garden and a swimming pool. A peaceful and relaxing place to spend an excellent holiday.
