Our apartment has 140 m renovated with first quality materials. It consists of 4 spacious rooms, three of which are double with latex mattresses and the other with three three single beds of 105cm and an extra bed if necessary for any other stay. We have two modern full bathrooms with rain showers in both. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped (dolce gusto capsule coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, juicer and all kinds of utensils) and a spacious living room (two sofas, extendable table, air conditioning, flat Tv, games, lamp Reading ...). Heating in all rooms. Two terrace-balcony.
It will make you feel at home and with all the comforts at your fingertips.
The duplex has a private garage space that will facilitate your movements. Also in the area there is a private parking and it has an exit at the same entrance door to the portal of the farm.
If you need a garage for more than one car, you can park in the public parking that makes up our entire street; The Gran Vía and with exit from the parking directly to the portal of the house.
