The main centre is a 20 minute walk from the apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances: microwave-oven, dishwasher and washing-machine. Calle Asunción is a pedestrian shopping area, where you can find all type of international clothes stores, as well as pharmacies, banks, cafés, small supermarkets, and a multitude of restaurants and bars where you can taste traditional tapas. If you walk 5 minutes down Calle Asunción toward the city centre you'll reach Plaza de Cuba, which branches off into streets like Calle Betis, bordering the Guadalquivir river.
