Canteo, is located in the town of Chavida, a few km from Pedraza, half an hour from Segovia capital and just over 1 hour from Madrid.
It is a detached house, totally independent, located on a 600m farm, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful garden with pool, barbecue, chill out porch and with unbeatable views of the Sierra de Guadarrama.
The stone and wood construction of the whole house, gives it a very cozy and intimate aspect. Upon entering the house you can enjoy the brightness of its rooms with large windows that open to the garden and the surrounding landscape, giving you the feeling that you are in symbiosis with nature. On the first floor we find the living room with fireplace, on two levels, open to the kitchen and surrounded by large windows. A spacious and cozy place, where you can enjoy meals with family and friends, gatherings around the fireplace or board games. Fully equipped kitchen, with a large island where you can have a glass of wine in company, while you prepare the food.
The attics hide a surprise that will delight the little ones: each of them conceived as a play area. In addition to a small library with free books.
Outside there is a covered porch equipped with table and chairs, with views that you can not miss.
The garden with independent swimming pool, is not of work, but it is big enough and taken care of to take a dip and that the smallest ones enjoy without risks. In addition the garden has a chillout porch equipped with tables and chairs, futons and an adjoining barbecue area and hammocks for the summer season.
