The house is rented as a whole. It is in a quiet town, 3 km from Caldas de Reis and 3 km from the AP-9 motorway. Ground floor with large kitchen and table for 8 people. Living room with fireplace, work table, and another old table. First floor with five rooms, the main one with a bathroom, and another four with a shared bathroom. Symmetrical Wifi of 600 Mb.
It is in a quiet area, with the possibility of storing several cars within the enclosure of a closed farm of 1,500 meters. The house occupies 200 meters.
