The houseOn the ground floor there is a spacious living / dining room on two levels with large windows that lead out to the wonderful garden with pool and sea view. In the living room you will find two sofas and a big flat screen (Französische und spanische Kanäle). You also locate a big dining table with chairs. In the large kitchen you will find a dining table equipped with five hobs, oven, microwave, two dishwashers, a refrigerator with ice maker and freezer, two coffee makers, toaster, juicer and exit to the covered terrace.
Ground floorBedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) with sea view and exit to the garden, dressing room (walking closet) and the bathroom with double sink, whirlpool, shower and separate toilet.Bedroom 2: this room has a double bed of 160x200 with exit to the terraceBedroom 3: has a double bed (180x200cm) with exit to the garden.Besides the ensuite room, there is another bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet.
Lower levelOn this floor, the rooms have no exit to the outside
Pink bedroom 4: it has a double bed (150x190cm), a large closet for clothes and a chest of drawers. (the room has a small casement window).
White bedroom 5: has a double bed (160x200cm) and a large closet. (the room has a small casement window).
Blue bedroom 6: there are two single beds (80x190cm), it has a wardrobe and a dresser (it is a room without a window).
Bedroom 7: is a room with a space for the smallest of the house, it has a small bed for a small child and a cot for babies.
All bedrooms at the lower level are provided with an air filter system.
There are two bathrooms on this level with shower, toilet and bidet.On this level you will find a laundry area equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and space for clothes.
All bedrooms are provided of air-conditioning and free WIFI.
The gardenThe house has a beautiful fully fenced garden with spectacular sea views. Especially during the sunset and sunrise. There are two porches where you can relax and a large swimming pool of 8x4m pool with 10 sunbeds. The house is provided with a barbecue.
AreaThe property is close to Platja de Aro, an exceptional town who offers the largest family leisure with all kind of shops, entertainment and restaurants, as well as tours about medieval history in Castell de Aro or Girona.The Costa Brava is famous about their raw coastline and little bays, the one more beautiful than the other. Villa Vista will give you the ultimate holiday.
