The Second Heaven (Raki'a): A warm glow washes over you when entering the master suite. Your eyes are drawn to a plush queen bed with a carved crest draped in flowing royal blue, ornately patterned fabric. A tall mirrored armoire stands before a wall relieved to expose the 2 meter deep hand cut stone fortification which holds mahogany double glass doors leading to the balcony . The room is completed by a large hand made antique Persian rug from the owner's collection. (Please note that pets are not allowed in this suite)
The bath features a large tub/shower, vintage vanity sink and bidet all adorned with gold fixtures and the original hand painted wall tiles.
At the eastern side of the floor is the Second Heaven's aditional bedroom (optional) which has two twin beds beneath a blue fabric drape and wrought iron sconces. Sunlight beams through century old doors and open onto a balcony above the village's medieval pedestrian streets.
