A perfect base to explore our beautiful island, for example, the Tramuntana mountains, perfect for trekking or cycling; the typical village cultures; or the beauty of the capital city, Palma. A self-contained newly renovated house with pool located in a finca on a hill just outside Andratx village, this small casita was used for agricultural purposes and built with sand stone.
This charming country house has been designed for four adults or two adults and two children. The house has 2 bedrooms, one double on the ground floor and one in the open-plan loft above the living room, a kitchen with dining area, living room (with flat-screen tv) with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with shower and toilet. We provide our guests with bed linen and towels (for bathroom and beach/pool).There is a gas barbecue on the terrace which has amazing views of the valley. The perfect spot for a glass of wine as the sun is setting behind the mountains.
It has a very particular pool which was an old irrigation pond built with the typical stones of the area: "call marés'.On the finca, there is a resident donkey who loves to interact with people. Parking on the finca is available, we recommend you rent a car at the airport.The traditional market takes place every Wednesday, next to the town hall. You may also wish to visit the local art museum: CCA Andratx, just a 5-minute drive away, and we also suggest the Santa Catarina Vineyard.
We'd like to advise parents of young children that the house is in a rural area and has a pool, therefore children must be supervised. The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Surroundings
For water sports or fishing the Port of Andratx offers many possibilities such as snorkelling, kayaking, paddle surfing and sailing. For golfers, one of the best-known 18-hole golf course on the island, Golf of Camp de Mar, is located just a few minutes' drive away from the house. There are signed walking trails through the mountains that can be enjoyed all-year-round. For cyclists and motorcycle enthusiasts, the island offers an excellent opportunity for traveling around the island and enjoying the panoramic views.

We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

Refundable deposit required for any willful damage to the property or its contents, to be paid upon arrival.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
