Prior to arrival at the villa all guests will be asked if they or anyone in their household has suffered with Covid-19 and if so will be asked for their official recovery date.

Stuart and Natasha our property managers will observe social distancing when arriving and leaving the property and will be wearing full PPE including masks, face shields and gloves when meeting guests

Guests will be subjected to a non contact body temperature reading upon arrival and no member of any family or group will be permitted to enter the property if the temperature of any of them exceeds 38 degrees centigrade. ( normal body temperature is 36.5-37.5 degrees).

Hand Sanitizer and Anti-Bacterial Cleaning products will be made available to guests and they will be asked to disinfect all surfaces and spay the bed headboard before they vacate the property.

When guests leave the property we will using a Anti-Bacterial Fogging Machine, which will spray a fine mist of disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to us entering to clean.
