Very cozy apartment, in a quiet, sunny residential complex by the sea (approx. 30m to the beach) Separate entrance, large balcony on the 2nd floor with a view of the sea and the gardens. An apartment in which you will feel comfortable with only 7 km from the center of Denia.
The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and is divided into 2 separate bedrooms with ceiling fans (1 bedroom is air conditioning hot / cold) and mosquito blinds, a combined and air-conditioned hot / cold living room with ceiling fan and a fireplace.
The fully equipped American kitchen with counter, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water and egg cooker, citrus press etc. leaves nothing to be desired. You have German digital satellite TV, a stereo with USB and Iphone docking station and board games are available. On the large balcony there is patio furniture and a parasol for you. From here you have an incredibly beautiful view of the garden with the 2 pools and the sea. A gas stove is available for the cooler days. We can provide our children's travel bed for younger guests. Access:
Denia is connected via the AP 7 Salida 62 motorway to the two airports Alicante and Valencia with a journey time of approx. 1 hour, as well as the national road N-332. Ferries run from Denia to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza and Mallorca.
The current ferry companies are Balearia and Iscomar.
The FGH (railway company) line L9 connects Denia with Alicante.
