El apartamento es una segunda planta sin ascensor, pero fácil de subir con maletas.
Es un apartamento muy soleado y luminoso, lo que lo hace un lugar muy alegre cálido.
Hay aire acondicionado en el salón comedor.
The Space:
The 5 people have 3 rooms distributed as follows: a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a third single room with a bed and a desk.
All rooms have ceiling fans, space to store clothes and are facing the street.
The kitchen is completely independent, large, and up to 3 people can cook at the same time and very sunny, it is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the best dinners and breakfasts.
The bathroom with shower is large and has a cabinet with enough storage space, it also has a very large mirror.
The living room is divided into two areas: a living room area with sofa and armchairs and TV and a dining area with a large table and chairs.
The living room is also very sunny, has air conditioning and is the perfect place to rest after a whole day visiting the city.
The apartment is located in a very lively neighborhood, with all the amenities and shops, there are also places to eat, go out, have drinks and taste tapas.
Entry is via electronic lock.
We do not accept guests who come to celebrate bachelor parties.
Parties and events are completely prohibited. Failure to respect our rules, making noise at night, will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the deposit.

The apartment is located in the old town, in the center of the city, it is a ground floor in a residential building.
The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is located in La Rosaleda. The history of this neighborhood dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, in the 1920s, when the Bordas Chinchurreta company factory dedicated to the production of essences was built in this area.
Currently, the neighborhood revolves around a public park, (Parque de La Rosaleda). Its architecture is current because its buildings were built between 2002 and 2006. In the area there are a wide variety of businesses, as well as a pizzeria, several bars, cafes, early childhood education centers, physiotherapists, children's clothing stores, a cabinet of lawyers, offices of the INEM, a laundry and dry cleaning, a stationery store, sports stores, a dental clinic and a new sports center

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
The sofa beds are not prepared for sleeping on arrival, we will deliver the bed linen and towels when the number of guests requires it.
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
Optional services:
Requesting a baby crib costs €50 per reservation and must be requested in advance.
We will provide you with a transfer service from the airport and back to the airport, you can book it directly on our supplier's website and pay the cost of your transfer directly.
