It is the ideal house to disconnect, read and enjoy nature. There is neither television nor WIFI. There is normal mobile coverage.
The house is located on a hill with private access and has 3 floors in total.
On the central floor of the house is the spacious living room with high ceilings and a 5x4 meter window with spectacular views of the El Burguillo reservoir and the Iruelas Valley nature reserve and a small kitchen.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. 1 Bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a large bathroom with jacuzzi.
On the ground floor there are another 2 bedrooms, both large with double beds and dressing room, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
The garden is large and has 2 terraces on 2 heights separated by stone stairs. The garden has trees (including a huge cedar of Lebanon) and a multitude of plants.
In the part of the house we find a porch with table that is a mill wheel and stone benches, on which 6 people can sit. Additionally, it has benches and comfortable garden chairs and can seat 8 people comfortably.
There is a barbecue on the terrace.
In the upper garden area there is another wooden dining table and 2 teak sun loungers.
The lower garden area has a ping-pong table,
Right in front of the house, just after crossing the road there is a descent to a very quiet beach of the Burguillo reservoir that allows swimming.
In the surroundings of the Burguillo you can sunbathe on its various beaches and bathe, fish, go hiking and mountain routes, bike routes, go horseback riding, practice water sports such as swimming, rowing canoeing, sailing, water skiing, motorboat rides, in the vicinity. You can also enjoy visits to wineries (recently the area has obtained the Cebreros Designation of Origin).
