Over a 3/4 of an acre of private garden for you to enjoy. At your disposal you have your own private tennis court, large Roman swimming pool, car park and garage, patio and large flat lawn for recreation for the family i.e. football or play.

The great thing about renting this whole house is that it has a lovely ground floor 3 bed self contained apartment. Some of your family or friends can enjoy complete privacy downstairs from the rest of the party living in the main house above. The whole house can sleep up to 19 people (7 bedrooms = 2 double bed, 9 single beds plus 1 sofa bed, 2 bunk beds, (extra bed in master bedroom) = 19pax ) This luxury estate is more like a small boutique hotel that you have the private use of to entertain your friends and family. The living areas are exceptionally well equipped as is the outdoor eating area. The BBQ House has music, kettle toaster fridge etc.
