The living room leads out to a private patio. Adjacent to the living room is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, a bar, and a dining table. The kitchen also has an exit leading to the private patio, and there is a separate guest toilet on the same level.
