The living space in this bright house is spread over 2 floors. On the first floor there are 2 small living rooms, a large kitchen, a bathroom with a small bathtub and a large dining room. A nice staircase leads to the 1st floor where there is a gallery, a bathroom with shower and 4 bedrooms. All rooms have large windows that let in a lot of light during the day.
There are swings in a park next to the house. This house is located in the village of Narganes, just 5 km from Panes and 13 km from Playa de la Franca and Playa de Pechón.
It offers an excellent opportunity to visit places of interest such as Llanes and its beaches, Ribadesella, Comillas, Santillana del Mar, San Vicente de la Barquera as well as the impressive Picos de Europa Natural Park.
