Marvellous studio apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach, located on the 2nd floor with FABULOUS sea and beach views. Cool apartment with East-Northeast orientation, as well as the terrace. It has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a practical hallway bathroom, spacious kitchen leading to the living-dining room. From the latter, access is gained to a large terrace on the beachfront next to the seafront promenade. Includes WIFI service.
The building has a communal swimming pool with a cordoned children's pool, common areas with swings and tennis court. It is located on the first line of Gandia Beach, a step away from the port, between the Riviera hotel and the San Luis hotel. In its surroundings, there are all types of services.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
The beach of Gandia with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine, white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks or practising running or beach sports.
It offers restaurants, bars and beach bars throughout the year. It also has children's areas and activities for children.
