Close by on the urbanisation you will find the amazing large communal pool with palm trees and pretty gardens to enjoy relaxing days around the pool, sunbathing, swimming, or simply enjoying the many shaded areas, also within the grounds is a well-maintained, good-sized tennis court for use by the bungalow owners and rental guests.

Summary: Quiet area. Nice clean bungalow. Off road parking. We feel your description of the property and area needs updating, as it is not accurate, as follows: Plus points: There is the welcome addition of a dishwasher, and also a larger fridge/freezer. The photos only show a small fridge, and no mention of a dishwasher. Negative points: It is not a 15 minute walk to Moraira, it never has been and never will be. It's a good 40 minute walk, even Google maps says 37 minutes from the bungalow to the ctr of Moraira, so if you don't have a car, or are not keen walkers like us, then it's a taxi journey. There is no Freeview TV as listed, so if you don't have a phone etc to stream content to the TV, then you only have the DVD player. The outside furniture is fine for eating meals, and sitting for a short period (sit up and beg type garden chairs), but if you wish to lounge around the property and relax in the sun, then there is nothing comfortable, but a great property to use maybe as a base. The communal pool is a few minutes walk away, clean and tidy, but does not have sun loungers, apart from a few old ones that people have discarded, so again, not always possible to relax around the pool. There is building work opposite the bungalow which starts around 8am and finishes around 6pm x 6 days. Would have been nice to have been informed about this when I booked a few months ago, in order for us to make an informed decision (as the building hasn't just popped up in the last month or so). We had to sit at the rear of the property sometimes, as at times you couldn't hold a proper converstaion. No doubt anyone stopping in summer 2023, this will all be complete.
