The owners live on the property and are a family who respect the privacy of guests staying in the house. Each has their own private area and the communal areas, like the garden or outdoor spaces, are for the exclusive use of the guests staying there.
The house is situated on the edge of the village of Cantallops, 3 minutes’ walk from the centre. You can park outdoors right in front of the property which is free of charge. The property stands on its own, and you enter through an iron gate, totally secure, which closes off the private space. Ideal for children and pets to run around and play in the garden. In one part of the garden there is a spacious open porch with built-in barbecue, a small cooking area, and a place for eating with table and chairs. This is a perfect spot for eating outside, enjoying those sunny winter days or cool summer evenings.

You get to the first floor by going up some stone stairs outside the house from the garden. Small hall which leads to the rest of the rooms in the house. Open-plan space with lounge-dining room and kitchen, which has a fireplace, TV, bookcase with board games and books, sofa, breakfast bar with stools and a wooden dining table with benches and chairs.
Sleeping area separated by a door, with two double bedrooms, one with two single beds together and the other with two single beds separated. Both have views of the garden and ceiling fans. Full bathroom with bath.
Wifi and magnificent views of the garden and grounds throughout the house. Firewood and charcoal available for the fireplace inside and barbecues outside.
OUTSIDE
Magnificent garden with different spaces. Grassy area and outdoor shower to cool down. Lovely covered porch with double built-in barbecue, cooking area with microwave, sink, cupboard with tableware, outdoor tables and chairs, and lots of rustic details like the wood treated by the house owners themselves.
In the summer, pets can also cool down in a special pool for them.
