Summary: Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. They have done a fantastic job when renovating this historical building. However, it's quite pricey for what you get and you have pay extra for a lot of things that are standard in hotels of this category & price bracket. Furthermore, and more importantly service was very hit & miss. Although some staff were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful, there were others where service levels left a lot to be desired and others where they were even downright rude. Guest relations were a joke and assistance & information when trying to make restaurant bookings at the hotel were almost non existent. Bear this in mind when staying here as they are few other restaurants around. Hotel management need to realise that when billing yourself as a 5 star 'Gran Lujo' establishment this doesn't just apply to the building, it applies to the levels of service provided and here this hotel has been found severely wanting
