Summary: Owner Marta was very welcoming. made communication prior to arrival and was available via WhatsApp during our stay. Check-in process was good. Marta allowed us early entry and met us at the Villa. cupboards and fridge stocked with essentials. Three double bedrooms upstairs with one en-suite. also a large shower room upstairs. two seating areas downstairs with TVs in both, mostly Spanish or German channels I think, but big TV in main area had Netflix App so you can sign in to your own if you feel the need. Super fast Internet, at peak 355Mb, wow, keep the kids happy. Villa is alarmed to give added security when out. it is on the edge of the village and is only 2 minutes from the main motorway between Alcudia and Palma. close to Large supermarket Alcampo. Marta provided details of nearby restaurants and local attractions and offered to help organise wine tours. villa was ideal and provided exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay for 5 of us. minor issue, ants, but that has to be expected, don't leave crumbs around. only annoying issue was a smell from the drains in the bathrooms. we contacted Marta who immediately came round and put fluid in drains. the smell did come back every now and then, we kind of got used to it and it didn't really bother us. very spacious outside area, plenty of areas for shade if you want out of the sun. No problems at check-out, Marta arrived when expected.
