We have a 2 bed apartment within our home.
With total privacy, suitable for children over 5 years old with the following: lounge + UK freesat TV and Spanish TV, WiFi, gas oven with 5 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, 2 large double bedrooms capable of sleeping 5 with a double and a single bed in each bedroom & shower / toilet room. It has it's own entrance and plenty of parking. It has a swimming pool plus a 6 seater jacuzzi for you to cool down in and are for the sole use of the apartment.

David Lee A great place to stay , in a quiet tranquil location in the rural area of Almeria with stunning panoramic views of the mountains. and surrounding countryside. Ideally situated for exploring, walking , mountain biking or driving to the beautiful Negratin lake with bars and water sports. Plenty of places to eat in the local Towns and Villages which are steeped in history. I would highly recommend the Casa con Vista where you will be greeted by the owners James and Patricia who will ensure that you will have a memorable stay . Highly recommended.
Guest access:
You have the total use of the private 2 bed apartment that has a bolted door separating it from the main part of our Villa. We only take one booking at a time for the apartment, which means that there isn't any sharing of the facilities.
Interaction with guests:
We have a welcome pack for your perusal, but we are always available to offer advice on local facilities and things to do.
Our property is a modern farmhouse style villa with 5 acres of land on which we keep our 2 horses, pony and 4 very friendly dogs. You will have your own key, we supply towels and linen, anything else then please ask us.

If you are looking to experience real Spain in comfort, to relax in peace and tranquility with mountain views? Look no further this is the place for you.
For the more adventurous there are rambling walks in the nearby nature parks or a swim in the natural spa 10 minutes from us. Negratin lakes with water sports and mineral Spa 45 minutes away, or the famous Mar Menor with it's healing mud baths, Granada with the stunning Alhambra palace or the Sierra Nevada ski resort all a short drive away.
Our nearest airports are Granada, Almeria both approx 1 hour 15 mins away, then Murcia 2 hours, then Alicante and Malaga about 2 hours 30 mins.
