Semi-detached house on the first line of the fine sandy beach.Cosy three bedroom ground floor beach house only 10 metres from the fine sandy beach of Santa Ana.
It is distributed in a living-dining room with smart-TV and access to the terrace with table, chairs and some sun loungers to relax under a parasol. It also has an outside shower. There is an awning at both the front and rear of the house.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant holiday, wether you are staying for a long or short stay.
The bedrooms have a 135 cm bed, the other has a 106 cm bed and the third bedroom has a 90 cm trundle bed each.
There is a bathroom with shower inside the house and a toilet in an outside room/storage room next to the washing machine.
