## Access
Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire flat to yourself, so you can feel right at home. The accommodation is on the first floor without a lift.
INDEPENDENT ARRIVAL: You can enter independently from 3 p.m. onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 2 hours before your arrival.
PARKING: The accommodation has a parking space within the building. You can park very easily on the boulevard in front of the building.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the bottom of the building. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. What's more, you are only a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any check-out between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m a supplement of £10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include the complete cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorised.
