Check-in with our staff is from 15:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.
Online Check-in is after 18:00 from Monday to Friday, and whole day on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Instructions for the online Check-in will be sent prior your arrival, and will require the identification of the guests (with Passport, Citizen ID or Driver license), payment of your booking and the security deposit required.
Deposit security will be 200 euros for stays of 1 night to 6 nights, and 300 euros for stays of 7 nights or more. The security deposit will be returned in less than 24h after your checkout.
Please, be aware that if you choose the In-person Check-in with our staff, it is important to arrive by the time agreed, in case the guests arrives one hour later an extra 20 euros will be charged for late check-in. If you are unsure about what time you will arrive, contact us and we will sent you the instructions for the online Check-in.
