The living room is confortale. There is WiFi and plenty of books, games and a TV. present. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, induction hob, electric oven and dishwasher and microwave.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, separated by a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin and washing machine. On the ground floor there is a smaller bedroom with a double bed. There is a camping bed available for the little ones. Please indicate when booking if you would like to use this. In addition, there is a shower room with washbasin and toilet. The living room and two bedrooms on the second floor have airconditioning. All rooms have a ceiling fan, lovely in spring and autum.
In addition to the terrace/patio and garden behind the house, there is also a spacious terrace/solarium on the roof. This way you can always choose sun or shade. Of course there are garden chairs and parasol available and the BBQ is also available.
Bed linen, towels, etc. are provided in the house.
Casa la Perla is a semi-detached, spacious and cozy family home in the Vista Bella urbanization on the edge of the picturesque village of Pinar de Campoverde. It is one of thirty houses in this small urbanization and has a communal swimming pool with children's pool. You will stay in our own house and next to neighbors who live here permanently and would like it if you take them into account. So it is certainly not a holiday park!
Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. it is rest time, no more music outside and the swimming pool is closed.
Our house is located 10 km from the beautiful beaches of the southern Costa Blanca and 3 km from the great Lo Romero golf courses. From the Casa you have a beautiful view of the adjacent nature reserve and you can reach the sea via a beautiful dry riverbed.
The village has several shops and many catering establishments, from pancakes to high-quality Indian dinners.
There are various beautiful and fun excursions in the area, both natural and cultural. Casa la Perla is located a short distance from the Mar Menor with its famous mud baths. You will find information about this in a folder in the house.
Mandatory additional costs.
A deposit of € 200 is required, which you must pay to Lisa, our hostess, upon arrival.
The mandatory final cleaning is € 60.00 and the costs for washing the linen are € 6.- per person.
These costs will be deducted by Lisa from the deposit you paid. You will receive the remaining amount back upon departure, after checking the property.
