If you’re planning your holidays with a group of friends, this country house 6 km north of Montefrío is a great option to take into consideration. Its location in the middle of olive yards lets the whole party relax far from the hustle and bustle, and fall asleep to the birds singing and the breeze blowing through the surrounding trees’ leaves. Besides, from the house, you will spot the 1,600-mt high mountains belonging to the Sierra de Parapanda, which provides the water used in the property, and the archaeological site “Las Peñas de los Gitanos”.
Up to 12 people can spend their holidays here, thanks to the six bedrooms, all provided with oil-filled radiators; three of them are equipped with one double bed each, whereas the other three feature two twin beds each. One bathroom with shower and one with bathtub are also available for the guests. The rustic style of the villa can be found mainly in the living area, divided into a living room with a massive stone fireplace, a dining table and a huge galley corner with all the kitchenware you’ll need during your stay. Warm/cool air-con is provided in the living room.
The outdoor area of the house reflects the nature that surrounds it. There is a coquettish pergola with an area for “al fresco” dining, and an enormous private pool semi-surrounded by a wooden fence. The access to the house is possible via a 700-mnt unpaved lane that provides panoramic views of the valley, its olive trees and holm-oak forest.
