Positive: Up a very steep hill, you collect the keys at the office, we arrived early hours of the morning and the office was closed so we got the keys from a lockbox.

Negative: The way I was spoken to at the office was completely unacceptable. They have held my deposit and are ignoring my messages and phone calls now. Charging us 250 euros because we left wristbands in the room is extreme, we needed to get our flight home so we couldn't argue about it much longer and had to leave. I feel like this was a scam and they were finding any reason not to give us our deposit back and can see other reviews stating the same thing and also being on the street for hours as it wasn't stated clearly how to find the apartment. The name of the apartment block is named Monte Carlo so it's completely different to what is stated here on booking.com so it was very hard to find and meant we was left on the street until early hours of the morning. We tried to explain this when we left and were screamed at by the man in the office and he kicked us out of the shop and refused to give us our deposit back. The apartment is quite dated but we just needed somewhere to lay our head down for a few nights so it was okay for what we needed.
