Duplex apartment in the form of a terrace bungalow in an exclusive location built in the typical Spanish colonial style, with 2 terraces and pergola, all with a panoramic view of the sea. Gardens. Located on a small hill, hence the beautiful view. There is a small pine forest behind the house. Distance to the beach and center about a thousand meters. You can also walk on a good, quiet street: about 15-20 minutes on foot, 3-4 minutes by car with free parking.
