This private (not overlooked) villa is situated in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac. The villa is benefits from a private pool, large terraces and landscaped grounds on a generous 1835m² plot. South facing the property enjoys sunshine throughout the day, perfect for basking in the warm Costa Blanca climate.
Interior
Step inside through a spacious entrance hall leading to the main living areas. To the left, find a large double bedroom with patio doors opening to a seating area overlooking the pool — an ideal spot for breakfast or morning coffee. This bedroom features a high beamed ceiling with a ceiling fan and an en-suite shower room with WC.
To the right, the hall opens to a fully equipped kitchen/diner, including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and coffee machine. The dining area comfortably seats six and has French doors that open onto a patio, perfect for al fresco evening meals.
A Tuscan arch leads from the inner hall to the comfortable living room, furnished with a feature fireplace, The living room overlooks spacious rear terraces with direct access to a covered outdoor seating and dining area. There is a Smart TV with UK Freesat channels and Chromecast, An additonal portable wireless speaker allows you to connect and go.
Two additional twin bedrooms with ceiling fans are accessed via the inner hall. The first includes an en-suite shower room with WC, while the second has a high beamed ceiling and is adjacent to a full family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the villa has Wi-Fi throughout.
Exterior
Outside, extensive patios and gardens provide the perfect setting to soak up the sun. The villa boasts a 10-meter private pool with Roman steps into the shallow end, ideal for children (depth ranges from 0.8m to 1.75m). A portable barbecue adds to the outdoor enjoyment.
