Recently renovated in 2022, it combines modern comfort with plenty of space, making it ideal for families, friends, or cyclists. The bright living room has a large sofa bed, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a dining table for 6, with sliding doors leading to a sunny east-facing balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everything you need, plus a laundry room with washer, dryer, and storage space for bikes. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed that can be split into singles, and the third a single bed. There is also a second full bathroom. As a bonus for cyclists, the apartment has a small courtyard accessible from the kitchen where bikes can be cleaned.
