Positive: Great swimming pool Good BBQ set up Nice view once you get used to (the sound of) the highway

Negative: The exterior looks great but the interior is out dated and rundown. It al sort of works, but you have to make an effort. The kitchen layout is comically inefficient and you have to get creative when trying to make a meal. Bring slippers for crossing the gravel parking lot on your way to the swimming pool. All in all, it's not bad but the other reviews are way to positive.

Summary: Great choice if all you need is a swimming pool and a bed
