Our house is located in Costa de la calma, an idyllic place on the southwest coast, 15 minutes by car from Palma. There are beautiful bays 300 m away. The main beach of Santa Ponsa is 1 km away. The leisure offer is diverse. Surfing, golf, tennis (free) etc. "Casa alegre" is waiting for you in a green area (Zona verde), in the middle of a beautiful garden with 150 m "terrace area". Of particular note is the 70 m2 roof terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers, a lounge corner, table, chairs and a 4m parasol. But also the large balcony and the terraces in front of the house invite you to linger. A summer outdoor shower provides refreshment on hot days. The apartment has 55 m "and was extensively renovated in October 2015. It is very fully equipped.
