Beautiful typical fisherman's neighborhood house in El Molinar/Portixol, 2km from the center of Palma.
Ground floor of 100m2 completely renovated in 2018, with a very personal touch, located in the most exclusive fishing enclave of the city of Palma, El Molinar/Portixol Bahia de Palma Mallorca.
In our house you will find a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with dining area, a very cozy living room with direct access to a large outdoor patio in the shade of a beautiful centennial Ficus.
The patio is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors with total privacy, the ficus will give you a magnificent shade and you will be able to listen to the sound of the birds and the tranquility of the Majorcan neighborhood.
In the patio, there is a laundry area, solar shower with hot water, WC, chill out area and hammock to take a good nap.
It breathes a very marine and relaxing air.
Upstairs there are two beautiful double bedrooms with two double beds and a bathroom with shower.
In our house you will enjoy all the comforts: 2Smart TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, free Wifi throughout the house, air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house, bed linen with comforters and pillows, baby crib, set of towels, toiletries, hairdryer.
In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to be comfortable cooking at home etc...

For the little ones, apart from being in a safe neighborhood with multiple activities: beach, fishing, sailing courses from 5 years old and also for the youngest (0 to 3) there is a very complete and private nursery. Three playgrounds for all ages within a radius of 1km.

We are five steps away from Portixol beach, which is the perfect place to swim in crystal clear waters in Palma.

The area where our townhouse is located is perfect, it is 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes by bus from the center of Palma and its shopping district.
