Lovely holiday home on 1450M2 private land, on the edge of the picturesque Spanish village of Montserrat (25 minutes from Valencia), where you can do all your shopping and much more! The house, renovated in 2020, has 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a very large garden with various terraces, outdoor kitchen and a nice swimming pool.In addition to the veranda at the front, Casa NaQuí has a magnificent view of the olive grove behind the house, with the surrounding hills of the nearby area in the distance. Each floor has its own living room, bedroom(s), bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.Smart TV with Netflix and a beamer downstairs for watching a movie, for example.
