In addition to the various pools, this house has an exclusive pool for the 18 private homes with direct and unlimited access from the terrace. On entering the house you will find a toilet, then you will find an air-conditioned dining room in front, an American kitchen on your right. It has a terrace with stairs that go directly down to the community garden with pool. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds. The last one, which is the largest, has a double bed, a private bathroom and is air-conditioned. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils. To park, you will have the possibility of parking in front of the garage of the house as it will not be accessible.
