Casita Sunshine is located above the main house and has its own sun and terrace area, so each of the two units has its own outdoor area and privacy is given, only for pool use, guests of the Casita Susana have access to the lower level of Casa Maxi. The finca provides itself with solar energy. Both cottages are modern furnished on a well maintained plot.
