Positive: spacious for 2 (both of us under 5’5”)- luxurious bed- ample closets/few shelves- highlights: PRIVACY including entrance (ring bell or call cell to be met by very gracious hostess Tatyana); 2 yards w/ AM & PM sun plus doorway area; remote control overhead fan/heat/tv monitor (though we watched on our iPad/laptop); can keep windows open to be airy and warm for a January visit (we booked 8 days for a welcomed, relaxing time to rest (comfy chair + 2 for table) after a whirlwind arrival to Madrid then to this coast within a week in 3 cities); a block’s walk from the beach, windy, :15 to open eateries and local supermercado w/butcher area; :30 to laundromat (detergent included!); we washed little things at our sunny cabana that dried within hours; the shower is small w/HOT water (welcome in winter); all windows on 2 sides “enlarge” the woodsy interior; flat stovetop allows more food prep surface; having watched a Valencia friend cook paella, we made home-cooked meals yet had patronized eateries where open; cabana is stocked w/plates, utensils, pots (alas, no water heater for tea but in a pot works nicely); while hubby strolled area 2x, I lounged in the sun, wrote, caught up w/sleep; have an Uber account for taxis! Hostess called once for us as we had cellphone access issues (our fault; GREAT internet here!
