3 Bedroom Apartment in El Moncayo, Guardamar del Segura
I am Ricky Architect / designer and bought the apartment November 2021. I striped it entirely and create a complete new distribution, but very ,modern, with a lot of windows, a lot of light and a very modern design. The kitchen is the heart of the apartment, very light-full, has a American fridge, oven. magnetron all from SIEMENS, as well a cooking-plate of CATA with build in extractor. Beside the kitchen is a room for laundry, washing-machine, cloths-dryer, dishwasher, and electric boiler. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with single beds 0f 0,90 cm wide, there all provided with electric movable head and feed-support. This for an optimal rest of the body.
The 3th bedroom is a double 1.60 m wide bed. There are 2 fully equipped bathrooms with a shower, toilet, washbasin, towels, etc..
There is a third separate toilet for visitors.
The launch is quit space and the whole street side is of glass. The glass is 3 cm tick so you don't hear nothing at all. The whole apartment is provided with LEDS, central heating and air-conditioned, 3 TV's at the moment, one of them (launch) with (IPTV) and Sound surround system. Stereo Tower with high class speakers of BOSE & B&W. INTERNET is everywhere in the rooms.
The apartment is situated on 2 minutes of good restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, etc... 100 m behind the apartment is a big natural park so for a long walk you have to be there. Distance of the beach 450 m.
We offer this apartment as well with a 24 hours supervised garage.
Besides the entry is a small Carrefour Express what's open 7 days a week until 9.30 h.
