This townhouse is situated on the family friendly gated complex of Playa 3. Within the complex you have a main pool with outside shower and separate children's pool, approx. 6 meters from the house.
The ground floor consists of kitchen, 2nd bedroom with two single beds, living room, shower and toilet. Also on the ground floor you have privacy to a covered terrace for those 'al fresco' dining and a walled fenced garden with sunbeds and further sunbeds on the roof terrace.
The first floor has a main bathroom/shower, toilet and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed which leads to its own balcony with a table and seating for four which overlooks the pools and gardens.
The large private roof terrace has 360 degrees view with optional awnings which is ideal for secluded sunbathing.
All rooms have ceiling fans including kitchen which is included in the rental. The living room and main bedroom have metered air-conditioning.
Mosquito nets are installed on all doors and windows.
