This recently refurbished 120 year old townhouse with garden and heated pool is situated in the little village of Selva. The house has a living space of 350m2 and offers an exceptionally high quality living standard. On the ground floor there is a large entrance and there are 3 spacious bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom also has direct access to the garden. The 4th bedroom is situated on the 2nd floor of the house and has panoramic views of the surrounding Tramuntana mountain range. The room is equiped with air conditioning.
On the first floor there is a large (11 x 4.5m) open plan kitchen with dining area. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine fridge, food disposer, 6 gas hobs and an electric oven. Off the kitchen are two further rooms, the library with reading area and the living room with open log fire, satellite TV and DVD.
From the kitchen and the living there are terrace doors opening to the terrace, overlooking the garden and the pool (4 x 7 meters). Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower. In the garden there is a lawn area with several fruit trees. There is an external lounge area with two sofas and a barbecue. In the garden house there is a guest WC and an utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. At the house there is a wide collection of DVDs, family games and books. For the colder days there is under floor heating. The house is situated only 200 meters from the main square.
