Surrounded by fields and nature on all 4 sides, it is located in a privileged area, just 15 minutes from the beaches of l'Escala and Sant Martí d'Empúries. An ideal place to enjoy peace and calm with spectacular views of the Montgrí massif and the Gavarres. The house has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor we find a large room with sofas and TV, which in turn serves as a games room. A large sliding door leads to the open kitchen to the dining room with fireplace. The decoration, fresh and warm will make you feel very comfortable. On this floor we also find a room with two beds and two triple rooms -one of them with bathroom and exit to the garden-, and a bathroom with shower. The whole house has heating, fans and free WIFI.
On the second floor we find the other rooms: three triples -one of them with bathroom and exit to a terrace with views of Montgrí, Bellcaire and L'Escala- and a double. The hall of this floor is dominated by the majestic pool, and on this floor we also find the 4th bathroom with shower.
The garden, where the new lawn and the first newly planted flowers begin to grow, is a paradise of nature, surrounded by fields and mountains. The only sound you hear is the chirping of birds and the bleating of the grazing sheep. The house has a fenced pool (which is new this year, take advantage and strum it!), covered porch with barbecue and a trampoline for the little ones. A perfect place to disconnect, enjoy the calm and make a point and apart from the frantic pace of life we lead.
