The centrepiece of the sunny exterior of the villa has to be the beautiful 8m x 4m swimming pool, perfectly positioned to maximize the guests’ enjoyment of all-day sunshine and stunning views.
The pool is surrounded by a large and attractive wooden deck area, which is ideal for soaking up the sun. A pergola with lounge seating and BBQ provide shade an ideal place for enjoying outdoor meals and al-fresco entertaining in the evening.
The villa is within a 25 minute walk to Sitges town, the beaches and railway station. It is approximately 40 minutes by car to Barcelona centre and 30 minutes by car to Barcelona airport.
ACCOMMODATION
Villa Oasis offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation arranged over 3 floors as follows;
Entrance Level
The villa is entered through an electronic gate with intercom that leads into a stylish and modern attractive courtyard which is lined with lush palms, olive trees and Mediterranean plants, immediately giving a sensation of peace and calm. The exterior of the villa with the large porthole window and stylish, wide entrance door hints at the excellence of the design within.
The front door opens into a mezzanine level with clean white-washed walls and cool grey cement floor. The visitor is wowed by the magnificent backdrop of floor to ceiling glass windows framing the stunning view of Sitges and the sea.
There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on this level, all bright, modern and spacious. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and large built in wardrobes.
From the mezzanine level a chic curved glass designer staircase leads down to the open-plan living and dining area.
Lower Level
The glass staircase leads down to the living area furnished with big comfortable sofas and large wall-mounted flat screen TV. To the left of the living area is an open plan dining area with dining table and seating.
The living room and dining area both open out onto the beautiful wooden sunbathing deck which surrounds a delightful 8 x4 swimming pool and has the deep blue Mediterranean as the backdrop. There is also an outdoor lounge area complete with a chill out area with a white cool sofa and table. There is a BBQ area by the Kitchen. The whole garden area is framed with lush Mediterranean plants.
Adjacent to the dining area is a spacious, funky and well-equipped kitchen with a splash of red, and complete with American style fridge-freezer, dual electric and gas hob with a built in grill and plenty of storage space.
The kitchen area has access to another courtyard that connects to the deck area and swimming pool.
To the right of the living area is a large master en-suite bedroom complete with walk in wardrobe. The suite has large sliding doors offering direct access to the swimming pool area along with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Self-Contained One Bedroom apartment
To the right of the dining area is another stylish glass staircase leading down to a self-contained apartment complete with a double bedroom and open plan living room with a flat screen TV and kitchenette. The apartment has a large and well equipped bathroom plus a comfortable sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
The apartment has access to the swimming pool area and also features its own private courtyard and individual entrance. Although it can be accessed internally from within the villa, it also has the convenience of being a fully self-contained space for added privacy if required.

Outside Space
Villa Oasis has the perfect outside space for a truly relaxing holiday.
Directly in front of the villa is the wonderful 8m x 4m meter swimming pool surrounded by a large wooden decked sunbathing area. There is a large sunsail with lounge seating and the BBQ area with a table for seating 12 is just beside the pool.
The outside space of the villa is perfectly utilised to maximize the guests’ enjoyment of all-day sunshine and stunning views.
There plenty of free on-street parking at the front of the villa and no permits are required.
The villa is equipped with WIFI (6 MG) IPOD Docking Station and Free-to-View German and English TV with BBC News for the TV in the Lounge satalite signal permitting.
